Amelie Bernardi is a lawyer since 1996 and a certifiied specialist attorney in Labour law since 2002. She represents companies, managing directors, board members as well as professional and executives in all employment law matters and related disputes.
Amelie Bernardi has extensive experience in advising on individual employment law matters (i.e. terminations, termination agreements, structuring of employment contracts and target agreements, deployment of external personnel, and data protection issues) as well as on collective employment law matters (advice or representation in connection with negotiations and disputes between employers and works or staff councils, collective bargaining law, etc.). She also advises on corporate restructuring and reorganization processes.
In the context of such processes, Amelie Bernardi not only advises on the legal framework and strategic planning, but also takes on the representation of the client in labor court. In complex and conflictual negotiations she provides her clients as a competent contact person and actively supports them in negotiations with her many years of extensive experience.
In addition to her work as a lawyer, Amelie Bernardi regularly gives lectures and seminars (e.g. FOM – Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management gemeinnützige Gesellschaft mbH, Hera Fortbildungs-GmbH der hessischen Rechtsanwaltschaft, Verband der Deutschen Arbeitsrechtsanwälte e.V., IHK Frankfurt, Inhouse seminars for In-house seminars for large and medium-sized companies in individual and collective labour law).
