Eckart Haag is an attorney since 2003 and a specialist in Intellectual Property law since 2009. He advises large and medium-sized companies on all questions of Unfair Competition, Trademark, Design and Patent law. He has extensive experience in out-of-court advice and representation of national and international Intellectual Property right holders in various industries, such as the enforcement of Intellectual Property rights and the prosecution of infringement and plagiarism cases, including border seizure cases under customs law.
