Anja Bruchmann is an attorney and a Certified Specialist in IT law. She advises national and international clients on the terms of software and outsourcing contracts and represents them in complex contract negotiations. She also assists clients in matters such as drafting license agreements for software products, data and technologies, and introducing and monitoring internal data protection measures and open-source compliance. She also advises companies, research institutions and universities on the conclusion of cooperation agreements and on copyright issues, in particular in connection with the transfer of IP to spin-offs. Her clients include large and medium-sized companies, public sector clients and start-ups.
In addition, Anja focusses on litigation, particulary litigation surrounding failed IT projects.
