Michaela Probst has been a lawyer since 2009 and a specialist in Intellectual Property law since 2013. She advises large and medium-sized companies as well as individuals on all questions of trademark, design, patent, copyright and competition law.

Her focus is on the enforcement of Intellectual Property rights against product plagiarizers, including criminal proceedings and customs border seizures. She has extensive experience in out-of-court advice and legal representation of national and international property right holders, with special industry knowledge in the field of vehicle electrics and mobile phones.
