About him
Prof. Sven Kolja Braune specializes in technology-related commercial law, including product safety and product liability law, and represents national and international companies as well as large research institutions both in drafting contracts and in litigation.
He has many years of expertise in drafting and negotiating research and development, cooperation as well as licensing and distribution agreements.
Another focus of his practice is on product liability law and the related areas of product safety law and product compliance, including advice on risk avoidance strategies and the handling of crisis situations in the context of product warnings and recalls.
He is a specialist in intellectual property law and a specialist in IT law and has taught competition law and procedural law in Darmstadt for many years.
