Anja Bruchmann is a lawyer and a specialist lawyer for IT law. She advises national and international clients on the design of software and outsourcing contracts, as well as in extensive contract negotiations. She supports, among other things, the structuring of license agreements for software products, data, and technologies, as well as the implementation and monitoring of internal measures for data protection and open-source compliance. In addition, she advises companies, research institutions, and universities on the conclusion of cooperation agreements as well as on copyright issues, particularly in connection with the IP transfer to spin-offs and start-ups. Her clients include large corporations and medium-sized companies, public clients, and start-ups.
Another focus of her work is on contentious disputes and representing her clients in court, especially in cases of IT projects that have gone off track.
